With 71 per cent of Americans supporting the legalization of prescription drugs sales from Canada Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle announces the creation of a state Web site assisting residents to purchase affordable prescription drugs from Canada.

Pharmaceutical Market Access Act passes the House
The United States House of Representatives passed Bill H.R. 2427, the Pharmaceutical Market Access Act of 2003, by a vote of 243-186. If endorsed by the Senate and the President, this Bill would provide the many millions of uninsured and underinsured Americans who require access to affordable prescription medication the ability to import US-manufactured drugs from countries such as Canada.

How comprehensive is Canadian drug regulation?
