Refilling a prescription is easy. Simply send in the Reorder form.

If you have problems accessing these forms or you are unable to print them, please call us toll-free at 1-888-533-9900 or send us an e-mail at info@prescriptnet.com and we will mail you the appropriate order form.

A few tips

Please remember to place your order at least 30 days before your current supply of medications will be exhausted. As a courtesy, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to remind you when your order needs refilling.

If your health changes between orders or refills, you must complete a new Health Questionnaire; a Customer Service Representative will ask you about the current state of your health based on your initial Health Questionnaire.
